What's it all about?Everyone can find faults , that's easy! But why is it so hard to actually like who we are just the way we are right now?
Well , I don't have the answer and I myself don't want to know the answer however in my own ever changing world I do like to be reminded , inspired, incouraged that YES ; I am doing the best I can and that it's good to be me. I like being me and want to inspire other to be themselves . Studying my own health and wellbeing has made me understand how I can really enjoy life and be as healthy in mind and body as I choose. Everybody's plan will be different . A negative mood swing can be changed into a positive at the right time.Then patients grows and relationship flourish. Moving the body to encourage the mind to be still. A clear head allows us to listen to the body. Yoga practice, exercise, diet, massage and fun , not necessarily in that order but are the key points to living a fulfilled life.
